Alhaj Mohammed Shafi (CIP) is a prominent and successful business leader in Bangladesh. He is currently overseeing Masuma Karim Foundation and Masuma Karim Hefz Khana.

He is currently the Director of the Chittagong Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also the Permanent Member of different social clubs.

He received CIP (Commercially Important Person) from the Ministry of Commerce.

He is the Chairman of Masud Group. He was a Director/Chairman of Bank & Insurance companies.

Mohammed Nasir is well-known as a dynamic entrepreneur as well as a business leader. He is currently the Vice President (Finance) of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA). Prior to becoming Vice President (Finance), he was a Director of the trade association for two terms, 2009-2010 and 2013-2014. As a member of the Bangladesh Awami League, he is also active in national politics.

Mr. Mohammed Nasir is also involved in different social activities. He is a member in charge (Finance) of Apparel Club Ltd. The former Secretary-General of the Chattagram Forum. Member of different social clubs.

Mr. Mohammed Nasir managing director of Masud Group received a national export award from Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the Batexpo Fair- 2012.

Mr. Mohammed Masud Karim received his schooling in Chittagong at Ispahani School, St. Placids, and Chittagong Public School and College, before continuing his studies in Singapore at the “American College Singapore,” now known as the “Centre of American Education, Singapore.” After spending his first year of education in London, UK, at David Game College, he went on to Middle Sex University and earned his B. A. in Firm Administration (honours) before returning to Bangladesh in 2002 to join his family’s business, where he is now the DMD of Masud Group. He has over 13 years of business experience dealing with various types of partners, suppliers, and clients. He is constantly pushing our company to create the finest products and services it can.

Mr. Masud Karim had taken the chair as DMD of Masud Group after completing his university education and returning home to Bangladesh from the UK, and even though the company had initially started with the primary business in the industries of Commodities Trading and Garments, with Mr. Masud joining the company, he had initiated a diversification of the company business line, in regards to the innovative creation of new concern companies in the areas of Real Estate (Masud Properties Ltd), CNG/Filling Station & Convention Center (Shafi’s CNG LPG. & Filling Station, Ruku Garden (Convention Hall) and Mediterranean Fine Dine Restaurant (El Patron), Exotic European Automobile Importer (e.g. Range Rover and Porsche), and former owner of a BPL team. Last but not least Mr. Karim is also a Director of Central Insurance Company.

Apart from being a successful businessman and entrepreneur, Mr. Karim is also involved in charity work, serving as a director of the ‘Protigga Foundation,’ a welfare organization, and as a member of a number of famous social clubs throughout Bangladesh.
